What kind of pen is used on a metal print, is there some kind of spray that needs to be used as a sealant once everyone is done signing?

    According to professional artists who make metal art and sign their names, Bic Mark-It works the best as it is permanent and does not run off. Others suggest acid-free or archival quality Sharpie pens or Pilot Acid Free pens.
