Silver, gold, sequined, and beaded all over - metallic bridesmaids dresses have been huge for the last few years! (Come on - you know that one Adrianna Papell dress I'm talking about!) While it's a well documented fact that I'm personally sequin obsessed, even I can admit that these bridesmaids dresses definitely do not fall in the "you can totally wear this again" category.

What's your take on sparkly and metallic bridesmaids dresses? Are you into it or over it ?

I like it! My girls don't have them, but it's a nice way to have sparkle without a belt of jewelry 😊

SO into the look of it, but it would've been such a hassle for my BMs (in different states) to all find dark green sequin dresses they liked. It was easier to just pick a dark green David's Bridal color and let them do their thing that way.

I love them. I'm also having a winter wedding right before Christmas though, so they definitely align well with our theme!

When done tastefully, metallic bridesmaids gowns can be quite lovely. I am into the metallic bridesmaid dress trend.

Over it..metallic doesn’t belong on any kind of garment and it definitely doesn’t have a place in a wedding.

I think they are pretty and my sister might be wearing one for my wedding. I told all my girls to pick any long, long-sleeved dress in our colors that they wanted. My sister (trying to break me down into picking identical ones for them all) asked if she could get a full sequins dress with tons of sparkle and I told her sure as long as she found one in the right blue. I have no doubt that she is actively looking for that.

I have mixed feelings on this. As long as it's appropriate and comfortable for the BMs. Not crazy about all sequins because if you've ever worn a dress like that, it's uncomfortable. But I love the print sparkly!

I love the way it looks, loveeee sparkle, but I am not sure how comfortable the BM's usually are. ITCHY ITCHY ITCHY and heavy!
