I was hoping to bring sugar cookies as a wedding favor to Mexico. I was wondering if this would be an issue getting through customs or if anyone has any experience with this. I can have the receipts ready and they would be sealed.

Have you checked Mexico’s customs website? That should have a list of items that are prohibited from entering the country. Sherpa is another great resource for international travel.
