Hi Sokhona! How many guests are you thinking for your micro wedding? Philly has a lot of options! Smiley ring

Vaux Wedding Chapel and Event Space can accommodate up to 24 guests and is right in downtown, and Powell House has a beautiful courtyard and indoor venue space. Philadelphia's Magic Gardens, the Maas Building, and the Hill-Physick House are popular favorites, and the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology also has a great package for weddings up to 35 guests. Also make sure to check out the venues included in this roundup:

I second Penn. They have two options!! Either a cocktail reception or brunch! All inclusive package.

My venue is John F Collins Park. Full park for 3 hours for 1500. Really good deal. Up to fifty guests. Their preferred caterer, Brulee, is great too.
