Micro Wedding - Timeline Advice

Ask the maid of honor (or your officiant) to help move people along. They could say something like, "please join the bride & groom for dinner at x location. We'll all head there directly". Give your hugs & tell people "We're going to finish up here & head right over. If you want to head to x location, we'll meet you in just a few minutes". Smile & move on to the next person to gently nudge them along. It will only be slightly awkward for a minute. Once you all get relocated, it will be perfect & I'm sure with the small coffee shop venue, your guests will be glad to move somewhere where they can all relax a little.
