Has anyone come across place card holders like this or ideas how to DIY it?

I have hundreds of mini silk blooms trying to decide what to use them for in our decor. Thanks in advance for your creativity!!

If you search for "clear place card holders" on Etsy and Amazon you'll definitely find some options!!
