Anyone know where I can find a template for a small booklet program, I want to do a small one like 3x3 or 4x4 but I can't find a template anywhere.

Sorry should have attached a photo! This is what I was thinking. Just a small booklet with a few pages inside and tied on the side.

Okay then, I made something very similar by using publisher. I used the invitation template, heart hole punch, and laced with ribbon. Hope that helps. There are hundreds of templates in Publisher if you don't like the invitation size.

If you're willing to go twice that size, I use an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper folded in half to make a booklet 8.5 high by 5.5 wide.

Not sure why a template is needed? If you want to DIY, then just grab a ruler, make a blank sample and go. You can find free clip art online, and create it in any software you use well.
