I would check with the seamstress on that. If it's a small enough/easy enough task to add those back on (in addition to your other alterations), they'll likely charge either no fee or a very small fee.

Hi Tahleah! Are you having the dress shop fix the missing crystals on your dress? If you bought your dress from one company and are getting it altered somewhere else then they'll definitely charge you for the service. But like Lisa said, filling in a few crystals/beads that need to be replaced should be a really cheap and easy task!
