Modern. We already live together so I don't see the point in paying for 2 hotels

I feel like it will be a fun pre-wedding game for you two! Or at least me and my SO would turn it into a game because we're basically five years old Smiley tongue

We went back and forth on this for a long time. We both liked the idea of being traditional, but we realized we'd either be less comfortable in someone else's house, or end up out too late with friends and tired for the big day. We ended up deciding on a low-key date night to the movies and early to bed, but last minute that didn't happen either. One of the bridesmaids slept over, the three of us made tacos for dinner, and ran around getting some last minute things together. It was actually a great night! I don't get to see that bridesmaid often, and she couldn't participate in most of the pre-wedding festivities like the others, so it was nice to have some quality time. I guess you could say we had the best of both worlds.

A word of advice - I definitely wouldn't get too heart set on a certain plan for that night. So many things pop up and could change.

Also forgot, while the night before was modern, we stayed traditional the day of. I left the house while he was still half asleep and didn't see him until walking down the aisle.

Traditional. He will go stay at his brothers and I haven't decided if I will stay at our house with my sisters and parents or get a hotel with my sisters and bridesmaid. My home is closer to the venue then the hotel so not sure what to do yet.

Traditional. That's my last "single" night with the girls. We are going to do the Bachelorette party the night before the rehearsal but I want to do like a chill, spa night with my girls the night before the wedding. The guys in my family always take the groom out the night before.

I love that your family has a tradition of taking the groom out the night before! A relaxing day at the spa right before my wedding day is exactly what I want to do too!! It sounds like the perfect way to relax before the big day!

I think both of those options sound fun! Either way, you'll be celebrating with family/friends the night before!

    Traditional for sure!

I'll probably be in our hotel suite the night before and he will stay at home with the dog (his choice).

Traditional. We live together but I really like the idea. I'll be with my bridesmaids in a hotel.
