What time of day are you having your wedding?? Curious to see the range ~ I've been to weddings that started in the afternoon and evening, but none in the morning so far.... I bet the pictures can be incredible!

We had ceremony at 11:30, and then reception immediately following so people had lunch by 12:30. We wanted late afternoon pictures too, and got those after the reception ended around 4.

Afternoon, 4:30. I wanted the ceremony to start earlier in the day but our venue is a museum, so we have to wait till they close.

Late afternoon/early evening. Starting at 4:30, so most of it will take place in the evening.

I'm a bridesmaid for a friend with a 10:00 am wedding, no idea how we're all going to be ready for that without being up at dawn.

I once went to a wedding that was at "first light." I don't remember the exact start time, I want to say it was around 5am. It was perfect for the particular couple, it fit their personalities perfectly.

ETA: My ceremony starts at 2pm and reception is 4pm-9pm.

I am not a morning person in the slightest so that was never an option for me. We also knew we wanted an evening reception with a big party atmosphere. Originally we were going to have ceremony at the same location then decided on church so it was 3:30 church with 7:00 cocktail hour.

Ours was at 5 p.m., but we had a fall wedding and I wanted to capture all of the pretty colors in the trees, so I wanted to be done and taking pictures before sunset.

7PM. I really wanted a late afternoon wedding (like 4/5) but my venue does two weddings on Saturdays so it was either have the early slot and be out by 4 or the late slot and start at 7.

Our ceremony starts at 5:30 with cocktail hour at 6 and reception 7-11. There's no way I could do an early wedding cause I'm not a morning person. 5:30 lets us sleep in and have plenty of time to get ready in case it takes longer than we expect.

I'm aiming towards 3 or 4 ceremony start time. I know the early bird gets the worm, lol. But I'm no early bird lol. Plus I want it to be relaxed and a party like celebration. So 3 or 4 ish sounds good to me. Plus I don't have to get up to early to get ready!

We chose 3:00pm on a Sunday which worked out perfectly. Our after party went until 11:00pm
