What time should I be at the venue on the day of the wedding? We have it from 9 am to 11 pm

It really depends on your individual situation,,,do you have to set up or decorate first? Are you getting ready at the venue, or arriving there fully dressed? What time is your ceremony? I would work with your photographer to build out the exact schedule - they are usually the experts on the chain of events and will help your figure out who needs to be where and when.

I agree with Stacey. I would work with your photographer and other vendors to come up with a timeline. What time is your ceremony? Work backwards from there - are you getting ready at your venue, or off-site? If getting ready at the venue, how many people need hair/makeup? How long does your hair/makeup artist say it will take per person? Are you doing a first look or taking photos before the wedding? If so, how long does your photographer estimate that it will take to get those completed? You'd probably want to be done taking photos at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, in case guests arrive early. Once you figure out timing for each of those, you should be able to determine what time you need to get to the venue at.

Talk to your photographer and your hair and makeup artists to figure out a timeline. My photographer told us what time when needed to be ready by for photos and then my hair and makeup artist told us how long it would take to get ready by then.
