My grandmother!!! This woman takes her HUGE iPad everywhere. She had it out at my cousin's wedding and it's the only thing you can see in pictures. She has already been told not to bring it but she won't listen. My brother is on iPad duty to make sure it stays put up.

Most likely FMIL. She always does what she wants, regardless. Very annoying and rude at times.
