Mothers at Bachelorette Party

So my bridesmaids have been planning my bachelorette party for me in Savannah, GA. Both my mom and future mother in law would like to attend the bachelorette festivities. I don't know if they would attend every event with us for the weekend or not. Is it weird to have your mother and mother in law...

So my bridesmaids have been planning my bachelorette party for me in Savannah, GA. Both my mom and future mother in law would like to attend the bachelorette festivities. I don't know if they would attend every event with us for the weekend or not. Is it weird to have your mother and mother in law attend? I mean I don't think my bridesmaids are planning anything crazy or risqué. Just curious!

    Ehh I didn't read the comments but I went to a Bach party in Miami and the bride's mom came.... She practically hijacked everything and it just so happen to be her birthday while we were there. We were all forced to buy her dinner so you can say I'm NOT a fan of mothers at Bach parties. I'm sure they aren't all like what I've experienced but never again.

    I do everything with my mom, she's my best friend! She's definitely the life of the party. My mom and a few aunts have a little club called Girls Nite Out (misspelled on purpose) they all have matching embroidered jackets. Very funny, but my BM's know and love them and are excited for them to come to the Bachelorette party. They get more attention than us! Smiley smile

    If it's not risqué and you're comfortable then sure but every bachelorette I've been to involves giving lingerie and even that would make uncomfortable in front of my mom or future mil personally

    I think it depends on your party and your relationship with your mom. Mine was a crazy night of drinking in a crowded club. I have gone drinking with my mom before but I don't think she would have liked it. Imo it's only weird if you make it weird.

    My mom is helping throw my Bach night with MOH and bridesmaids. There apparently will be male strippers involved (my mom's idea haha) and she said she didn't have to be there for that part if it would be uncomfortable... but I said HELL YEAH for her to be there. But me and her are just close like that
