Hello. I am having trouble staying motivated with my work outs but I am 5 months away and need to stay on it. Any tips on how you are staying motivated? Or is anyone interested in starting some kind of accountability group? Thanks for you advice.

Also, if there are any workouts you swear by and have seen results, I would love to hear. I don't need to lose a ton of weight but want to tone up. Thanks!

    Lift heavy! Don't be afraid of WEIGHTS. Especially since you're not looking to lose much weight, but rather reshape your body.

    Remember you can't out run or out lift a shitty diet. I cut back on my drinking a bit too.

    I have never been more determined to look and feel the best of my life for my wedding. I figure if my freakin' wedding doesn't motivate me, nothing will.
