Moving on to another wedding florist...

Well, ladies, while I was really excited to work with the florist I had posted about previously, I decided to move on and contact other options. I understand my wedding date being a ways away and I’m completely understanding, but it has been over a week since I was told via phone that I would be sent a proposal for our date and I even tried following up earlier this week and I received no response. Like I said in my prior post, I didn’t really get a great vibe from the owner when I spoke with her on the phone and it seemed like she was semi blowing me off and didn’t seem overly excited to discuss details. I know that wedding season is always “on” and there are other events going in between that cause vendors to be busy, not to mention COVID things as well, so I am completely understanding and patient. I just didn’t feel like a great connection. I have another phone consultation scheduled for Wednesday with a larger flower company and I’m feeling much more optimistic that this will go well.
