Ack! We've chosen to change our date from November to October for varying reasons. I felt so... lost at the beginning of the week here wedding "planning" for something that's not what I originally envisioned. Then my sweet FH reminded me that what's important is that we're getting married. So I bit the bullet and made several phone calls today. In the space of an hour we have re-booked the ceremony at a small wedding chapel at the courthouse and made a reservation at one of our favorite restaurants for any family or friends that wish to attend.
I then had to inform my sisters that previously invited and welcomed nieces would no longer be welcomed if they couldn't behave themselves due to the venue change. That was a hard conversation to have. But I'm actually feeling excited again. I've honestly been a bit dazed and depressed due to the circumstances going on in my life that caused the change but I feel good about this!
