Multicultural fusion wedding ideas?

That really depends on your specific cultures!! We're having a typical non religious American wedding out in the gardens and will be incorporating some Chinese wedding elements since that's where my FH was born and raised. So we'll be having a shortened, casual tea ceremony mid regular ceremony where we'll serve our parents tea from a special pot with the special tea ingredients. We'll continue speaking with our officiant to get the wording right with the ceremony, but she's so used to non religious ceremonies and she's flexible so it's been very easy. Despite the tea drinking, we plan to keep it short and get people out of the July heat. Good luck 😊

We are also from two different countries, but we are having a Christian ceremony as well.

We are sending out invitations in 2 languages, we are going to have to put everything in 2 languages at the wedding as well so everybody can feel included, we want to bring together our culture with food (that we both love) but music is only my decision. (Lol).

I think you can find a way to make everybody feel special and welcomed, you can try to apply those things that you do for yourselves as a couple to feel accepted with each other culturally.
