So since the wedding is still a bit away I've recently become invested in gaining some muscle mass and then shedding off the extra lbs gained by cutting weight closer to the wedding. I've always like the look of defined muscles and it's something I want for myself for the wedding to look and feel my best. My concern is that in doing so I will also be gaining weight (naturally). I worked my butt off for the past 3 years to loose weight and be where I am now so it's a hard pill to swallow to see the scale go back up. Any other muscle building brides out there with any advice on how you handled it and any tips you may have?
