Hi all!
I’m having the hardest time finding music to walk down the aisle to, first dance, father/daughter dance that IS NOT country! Please help with your suggestions!! We all basically hate country music and it’s the only thing I can find when I google for help.

I hear that one - we don't love country either - and it feels like everything is country. I can tell you what we went with and hopefully it'll give you some ideas for y'all.

    Parents: U2 "Beautiful Day"

Groom/Groomsmen/Priest: Jackie Wilson "(Your Love Keeps Liftin' Me) Higher and Higher"

    Bridesmaids: The Beatles "Something"

Bride: Israel Kamakawiwoʻole "Over the Rainbow"

    Recessional: Jason Mraz "I'm Yours"

Introduction: Imagine Dragons "On Top of the World"

First Dance: Jason Mraz "I Won't Give Up"

*Father/Daughter Dance: John Denver "Sunshine on My Shoulders"

Mother/Son Dance: Lynyrd Skynyrd "Simple Man"

    * I danced with my brother, because we lost my dad before I got married. The song chosen was a tribute to my dad.

I haven't chosen father / daughter dance song yet, but this is what I have chosen for a few other things. Country isn't my favorite either. Also, here is a list of "Oldies" love-ish songs, if you'd like some inspiration. Hope this helps:

    Ceremony:

Walking in of grandmothers and mothers: "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong

Processional: "Can't Help Falling in Love with You" by Elvis Presley

Bride Walk: "At Last" by Etta James

Recessional: "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" by Stevie Wonder

    Reception:

First Dance: "Danny's Song" by Loggins & Messina

Cake Cutting: "How Sweet it is to be Loved by You" by James Taylor

I LOVE Pianoguys covers of songs. They are modern while still sounding traditional. I walked down to their cover of "A Million Dreams" from the Greatest Showman and it was just perfect! Smiley smile

These were on our first dance option list: (we went with something a little more heavy...but I LOVED these options)

'What can I do (But Love you)' by Joy Williams

    'Brighter than Sunshine' by Aqualung

I searched for days for my father/daughter dance and couldn't find one that fit perfectly. I also didn't want country BUT. I heard this song and it was the perfect fit if you have a great relationship with your dad. It doesn't sound super country but it is by a country singer. 'Daddy' by Abby Anderson.

I don't have a walking down an aisle song yet. But our first dance is All of Me by John Legend. I am considering Drops of Jupiter by Train for my father/daughter dance. I also don't like country so I will be checking back for ideas. Smiley smile

Loving the piano guys- a million dreams is giving me goosebumps and I’m thinking this is my song! Loved it in the movie as well. Still sounds traditional with a little twist

Omg Danielle, our music is so similar!! I think I'm using at least 5 of the same songs you are, only in a different order. lol!

I've also got on my list: Led Zeppelin (Thank You), Beatles (Here Comes the Sun) and AC/DC (Thunderstruck) Def Leppard (Pour Some Sugar).

There is more on my list, but you get the idea. Think of the music you and FH like best, and google that genre.

There are 3 female covers of I Can't Help Falling In Love that I know of. I have chosen Ingrid Michaelson for my processional. We also chose I Get To Love You by Ruelle to get everyone settled before the processionals, it is such a beautiful song. Our recessional is an homage to her love of baby Groot, Mr. Blue Sky by Electric Light Orchestra. I'm also a big fan of Israel "Iz" singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow in a wedding after my friend used that for her processional. I recommend listening to acoustic covers for a lot of these songs. Have you heard Sleeping At Last doing I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)? Incredible!!!

How long should be the songs walking down the aisle and who walks first. I know the bride is last but who walks the groom or parents?
