My countdown widget disappeared!

Hi there!

You should still see the wedding date countdown on your dashboard and within the WeddingWire app! Additionally, you can add it to your wedding website's 'Welcome' page by opening the website editor, clicking on the 'Welcome' page and then clicking on the website title. A pop-up window will appear where you can toggle 'Display Wedding Day Countdown' to 'Yes', then pressing 'Save Changes'!

I had it on my phone on the home screen though and can't find that at all, I don't understand why. Is it still available and it's a phone issues?

Mine disappeared today too!!!! 😭😭😭 I can't figure out how to get it back!!!

I assumed it was something I did too... Then I saw your post. I'm hoping it's a technical glitch and it comes back. I start every morning off with a smile looking at that number getting smaller! I'm so bummed it's gone!

Same girl, Same! Hope tech is reading this and fixes it! Are you iPhone or droid? I'm using a Samsung 8plus and wonder if it's just not being supported now?

Yes, just not the countdown outside of the app

That blank spot above my weather widget was a countdown from wedding wire before. Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of it haha

Sorry guys!! Just figured out that this was a previous Android feature (I'm just a clueless iphone user)!

Right now there is not a countdown widget that you can add to your phone's home screen, but I'm passing along your requests as feedback!!

Lame sauce, Wedding Wire. As someone not particularly enjoying this process, that was something that made me smile and reminded me why I'm doing this. Lost it in a factory reset (software issue). Four weeks out and real bummed.

Hi, do you have to have to select a certain design in order to add the countdown. I tried using your instructions and this did not work for me. please help!
