My fiancée hates the color blue

I think coming up with a palette of colors instead of just one might be easier to compromise on - Burgundy, Gold, and Ivory/White together could be really pretty, and would work easily for a winter wedding.

Also, Belle's dress at the Christmas is burgundy and gold, so it's still true to your princess vision!

Plus, all the winter vibes are in the details, not just the colors - using firs and pinecones in your centerpieces with red roses, etc. Just a couple of examples below:

What if you did gold and red

I had always wanted my bridesmaids to wear plum, but my fiancé hates it, so there will be some plum flowers in my bouquet but nowhere else.
I would go with burgundy or red and gold! If you haven’t seen the Christmas Beauty and the Beast, I definitely suggest watching it. There are colors you can pull from there that are great!

A beauty and the beast theme would be pretty good, and i think the colors usually align more in the yellow/gold, reds ballpark, so let him wear black or white and then theme the rest in the other tones and you should be good.
