Okkkk! So! My groom and I been planning the wedding and so far so good. We are having an evening wedding at the beatiful Casa Monica hotel in St. Augustine. It is going to be a formal affair and my dress is full on drama, crystals, big veil, you name it. My father, who is paying for the wedding, has always envisioned walking me down the aisle in his tux and bowtie, which I find heart melting! I spoke to my parents, my groom's parents and everyone wants the men to wear tuxes.......except the groom!
He absolutly RESFUSES! He says that he just hates them and that it is a much better deal to wear a suit. He wants to actually purchase his wedding oufit. Fine I say, how about a black three piece suit with nice shiny black shoes. That way it still gives the impression of a tux but is not quite. No - he only wants to wear a charcoal gray suit!
Pllleasse help me out! I know that I got to pick my dress but shouldn't the grooms outfit go with the formality of the event?
