My photos are getting cut off

I selected a photo for the footer of my wedding website, but I can't figure out the dimensions to keep it from being cut off.

Are you using wedding wire as your website?

Its impossible to get the pictures on the header & footer too look good. I tried using the header picture and its so bad on mobile version but website looks good. So I uploaded a random picture of flowers for my header. And put our picture in the content of the page instead

Yes! Ugh it's so annoying. It looks GREAT on my phone, but on the computer it looks wonky.

So I just checked mine out & yes I said it the other way around. Mobile is good. Computer bad lol.
Here’s our random header picture. It looks like clouds on the computer. Cant tell what it is lol

Lol. It doesn’t bother me now. But before any picture I used looked horrible. I dont mind it looking like a weird cloud
