My succulent DIY favors and place cards

I made 180ish succulent favors/place cards.

The wedding is 3 months out so I still have the task of keeping them alive for that long lol.

I bought the pots at Walmart for about 50cents each.

We had to soak them, peel off the label, wait for them to dry then add three coats of paint, dry again.

All before planting.

I spent about $20 on soil and have a lot left!

I am still deciding how to add the names to them and if I'd like to add our initials and date to each pot.

But I LOVE how they came out so far!

Anyone attempted DIY succulent centerpieces?!

    @Sara I LOVE BUCK! He's so handsome!! Succulent favors are awesome! I like the idea of not having a name on the pot so that guests could keep it as is in their house. I'm not sure I'd want a personalized pot so I love the idea of having something you can take out of it.

    Love these! We did this for our wedding as well, I found mini clothespins to attach the place card which also had a stamp designating their meal selection for dinner service. The clothespins were pretty cheap and I just spray painted them gold to match our other decor! Some of our friends send us pictures of how their plants are doing every so often Smiley smile
