My vender ruined my wedding...

I'm sorry about that. What happened?

RUINED MY WEDDING!!!!!The reception hall. Started trying to decorate Wednesday told them way ahead of time they kicked us out for a meeting 30 min after we got there for an hour and half.I paid for 3 servers. Outside catering besides a salad bar we prepared ourselves.They didn't get the champagne told me last min and I was late to my rehearsal getting it. Got in my face tried to not give me the money back for the alcohol they didn't get left before serving the cake...
They never set up the salad bar, they never filled the waters, they didn't clean any tables. Basically I paid $150 for them to stand and plop food in a plate for 30 min.
The elevator was broke 3 day before we had 3 wheel chair guests. 2 in wedding party. They fixed it but it broke while a guest was in it. 2 men lifted him out 4 men had to carry him down stairs, and they tried to blame all of us for "using it wrong". After ditching out said " this is why your supposed to be supervised and not have a Key".
I'm like PAID FOR 3 WORKERS TO BE UP THERE.didn't help clear tables.
Were double booked doing a festival and tried to say I should be greatful for what they did but they never told me they were double booked or I would've found someplace else had them booked since April.Attitudes from each of them, rude comments, wore sweat shirts and jeans to serve....

What happened?

Hello Carrie so sorry to this this but you would need to be more specific in regards to help. Was there a breach of contract what happened?

Was all this stuff in your contract? Were the servers supposed to clear tables and serve water? Were you allowed (per your contract) to be there Wednesday to decorate? Was the alcohol included in your bill/contract? Was them serving cake included?

Unfortunately everything was verbal 😓

I mean, you can write reviews detailing all of your experiences but I would also make sure to note just the facts(not the emotion side of it) and include that there wasn’t a contract.

The venu area amongst other things was ruined as well . But what happened with you
