You can never go wrong with French tip.

French tip would be nice! My shoes are a gold glitter

I usually wear black or silver with a red dress, but that's me. It depends what your normal go-to is, if you are more demure, stick with nude or french tip. If you want something more stand-out, go with Orange, Fuschia, Black, Silver, Gold or Bronze.

The color Love Angel Music Baby from OPI would look awesome with a red dress and gold shoes. It's a metallic gold with a satin/semi-matte finish. There's plenty of other sparkely gold polishes if youcan't/don't want to hunt that one down. You also can't go wrong with a nude or sheer pink. Another option if you want something more blingy would be to do a red (in a shade similar to your dress) and top it with a layer of gold glitter.

I agree with French Tip, if you want an extra pop of color Walmart carries different variations of colors with little brushes to do just the tips. I do them in silver a lot instead of white.

I've never been a fan of french tip, so I'd say a light nude-ish pink.
