Hi Nique! I will be getting mine done within 3 days of the wedding, and I prefer the powder over acrylic but that's just me. It depends how fast your nails grow too.

I think everyone is different but I got mine done the day before and I did a French gel manicure.

I think I will have my nails done with gel 3-ish days before the wedding.

I am getting mine two days. SNS which is the powder last two weeks and is better for your nails.

I had a gel manicure done a 8 days before since our wedding was technically a destination wedding. I ended up getting gel removal to remove during our honeymoon.

I've had an SNS powder for a little over a week and a half and it has held up great! I might wait til the day before tho as a way to pamper myself. After set up and before rehearsal.

I'm getting mine done the day before. I'm terrible with chipping my nails and such so I wanted as little time between getting them done and the wedding as possible haha

I did acrylic with gel polish, and got them done 3 days before. I actually searched for the best rated place near me and went there 2 weeks before my wedding to get them done the way I would for the wedding, just to check their work.

You don’t want to do them too early, or run the risk of going the day before and the salon being too busy or running out of time.

I had mine done 2 days before and got gel color. They last until you sand them off.

Same here. I’m getting my nails done the day before. I already used the gel on my natural nails, I’m brutal on my nails due to work. So I go once a month to have gel on top my natural nails.

I had acrylic done 4 days before the wedding. Won't have time the day before we leave and a lot of places are closed on Sundays here.

I'm getting mine done Thursday before our Saturday wedding. I get acrylic nails, but whatever the higher quality option is. Dip is too weak for me, I'm very tough on my nails. I'm not sure what it's called but whatever they put on my nails comes in a powder & is mixed with a liquid then becomes a gel when applied.

I am probably getting mine done the day before, because I also am getting my eyebrows waxed and a spray tan so I want to time them all appropriately (nails should be done after spray tan, tan after waxing). I want to do dip powder but I have a specific color I want that I own so I will probably do acrylic and have that color polished on my nails.
