Hello everyone!
For anyone who has changed their name after marriage: have you ever used (or had a friend who used) one of the online "concierge" services (hitchswitch, msnowmrs) to submit your forms? What was your experience like?
I am considering purchasing one of these plans for a friend as part of her shower gift, since I know she's super swamped with grad school and does plan to change her last name... but I'm not sure if these services actually work, or if one is better than the other. Please help!
