Name change-update

So after debating long and hard what I decided for my name to be. I ended up doing first/middle/married last name. I wanted to get hitchswitch, but I decided not to mainly because money & negative reviews I have heard. I called the social security office to see if I could come in person and they told me no, so I mailed my documents on 9/23. They asked for application, old social security card, and marriage license. I just received all my documents today. I have yet to go to dmv as I’m waiting for after my trip next Saturday.

    Oh wow that wasn't too long of a wait. I've heard that some offices are giving 6-8 week estimates for processing!

    Yes, thank you! So far it has not been this bad. I got married 9/1/2020 and considering everything having to be mailed and not being able to go in person. I thought this was relatively fast.
