    I'm trying to decide this as well! We're getting married in CA and it gives you the option on the marriage license application so it's pretty easy there.

    I use my middle name as my last name and have been doing so for years so I honestly can't imagine leaving it behind lol.

    I will definitely be keeping it with my new last name. Smiley smile
