Navy and Silver Wedding Centerpiece Ideas or table decorations in general

Victoria, on May 20, 2014 at 8:45 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 11

Anyone have cute ideas for navy and silver wedding centerpieces? My head is spinning with pinterest! If you are good at this kind of thing and have suggestions like maybe something different - Our wedding colors are Navy and Silver, we are trying to be on the cheaper end with our wedding lol so I am looking at http://www.wedideas.com/default.asp for flowers. Our wedding is actually at a science museum so it's a little different. The caterers include all of our linens and chairs. The only table linen they had that matched anything without paying extra somewhere else was this one which I like but now we need something navy on it. I've seen navy rose petals online, crystals and stones but there wouldn't be anything in the center lol, ideas? We will probably be having table numbers too

I will be doing navy table cloths with candles with navy ribbon and lace. You could use a runner in navy with a silver vase of flowers or candleabras if you can have flame candles.

These would be cute, if you want candles! Then you can get the navy petals, stones, crystals on the tables as well!

(2nd photo) of these but instead of white they could be done navy

All diy and if you can not have candles look at michaels and AC Moore for when the have 40% off and 50% off one single item coupons and get flameless candles!

You can do flameless candles if you like the candle idea. I just wanted to chime in with asking you not to do navy petals. I think they look cheap and obviously fake because roses don't naturally come in navy.

You could do navy satin ribbon wrapped around bud vases, white flower balls with navy ribbon. Or a navy placemat then can put flowers or other decorations on top- you could also find different navy mats to give different textures.

    Good luck!

Lol Mina yeaahhhh I'm not really wanting the navy petals I just have been blank on finding exactly what I'm looking for! I really like the idea of the navy mats..and white flowers were my first instinct. I'm going to look into that and I saw this post

http://www.pinterest.com/bluedottrading/wedding-centerpiece-ideas-with-led-battery-operate/ some of these are pretty cool. So maybe...a few different size vases something sparkly and on a navy mat LOL. I'm sure this will work out I just need some diy practice...thanks ladies

You can wrap silver lace around a jar and then fill it with blue water with lit led's on the bottom and flowers on the top.

You could buy dollar store vases and spray paint them navy then have gray or silver flowers/branches/some kind of filler in them! Or you could glitter the vases and have navy and white flowers (anemones are gorg!).

My colors are navy and coral and light gray and I'm going to be spray painting my vases coral and I have blue eucalyptus and silver branches to go in the vases! Smiley smile

    Hi,

i hope mine photos will help you with inspiration. I think, Gatsby wedding style can be interesting. Not so many sparkle, yet it gold and you can use some champagne glasses to decorate the reception. I like how Caribbean Wedding did it.
