Is a grand exit necessary or not?

Definitely not a necessity for us. We don't want to leave before our guests do!

They'll be held in the same place, but that's also a great idea! I've always loved the look of guests throwing flower petals as you walk down the aisle with your husband! If not flower petals, then bubbles would also probably work

Not necessary. We are hosting the party so it seems odd to leave early especially since we aren't leaving that night for our honeymoon.

I would say this is not necessary in our case. We plan on being around for the entirety of our reception and don't want to spend time doing the "grand exit"

Not necessary, and in many cases not possible. We needed to clean up the venue!

We will be staying to party until the end with our guests, so we will not be having a grand exit.

Not necessary, I likes the idea of wedding sparklers, but they are not allowed at our venue. So we are skipping it and staying until the end of our reception with our guests.

Totally NOT necessary! I want to party till the end! I will have worked so hard for that day to be fun and I want to enjoy it. People I don't see often will be there and I want to enjoy it

Lol, let the party range on, Alicia! Will you be out on the dance floor on your wedding night?

We are definitely have the grand exit. This not only lets your guests know the party is over - at least for you guys - but also gets you alone with your partner finally after a long day/night so you can begin your lives together as a newly married couple!

Not necessary! We’re having an after party, so it would be awkward to have a grand exit and then see everyone again. FH also didn’t want one because it feels too much like a staged photo op.

    Unnecessary for us.

However, it would be great for photos.

We are debating on doing this directly after the ceremony, then coming right back in for the reception.

Do you know what sort of grand exit you want to do, Clara? Sparkles, bubbles, good wishes?

So a fake grand exit for the sake of pictures is what you are saying?? No. Not necessary at all. We stayed until the very end of the party.

They feel like a staged waste of time. I have seen very few real life weddings where they turned out amazing.

I feel like that's really the only way people will know it's over. Nobody wants to leave before the bride & groom. It's a must!

Not necessary for us, we're jamming out until closing time. Then we're just going back home to the dogs for the night lol. No bridal suite for us!
