Necklace???

dressNecklace??? 1

I've been back and forth trying to decide if I should wear a necklace or not. I'm not a big jewelry person and i'm not IN LOVE with the one I currently have. Plus the model isn't wearing one in the pic so i think it might be fine with no necklace? Do you think this dress should have a necklace or not?

I love the idea of the negative space. I'm not wearing a necklace for this reason too.

I opted for hair accessories, earrings, and a bracelet. I think a necklace would be too over the top for me.

If you want one a small, simple pendant would do.

I’d go with no necklace. The neckline of the dress is stunning and I’d be worried that adding a necklace would take away from that. Beautiful dress!!!

I think some statement earrings would be the best jewelry option with this dress, so I vote no necklace.

First of all, your dress is beautiful! I love the lace and the neckline. That being said, I vote no necklace. Do some statement earrings and let the neckline stand on its own.

I’m not a huge fan of necklaces with wedding gowns because it ends up looking like there’s too much going on and/or doesn’t fit the feel of the dress. I think no necklace will look best! Get a pair of elegant statement earrings maybe!

I'm actually the type that doesn't think wedding jewelry is necessary in the sense that usually the dress should be and is the focal piece. with that being said, if you have something small like a simple pendant or charm necklace that means something to you then you could go ahead and do that.

i know some brides want to add some bling but i think for that dress i would go with a blinged belt rather than a necklace

It’s a beautiful dress and with the right dangly earrings you don’t need a necklace.

I don't think you need one! Especially if it's not your usual style to wear one since it might bother you to have one on. I'm only wearing the same type of jewelry I'm used to normally wearing.

I'm also team no necklace. If you really wanted one, maybe a choker style so it doesn't impede the style of the dress, like a tennis necklace. Something like this, but only 1 row: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/d2/a6/0f/d2a60f22f0bb846682eae89866ab7f44--tennis-necklace-tennis-bracelet.jpg
