Im thinkng about using this:

On this table you will find

our wedding guest book for you to sign.

Please take a moment on a page so bare

a sentiment or two to share.

Please use a page for each of you

so that we may know your feelings true.

This little book will serve as we

keep it forever in loving memory.

We'd love to have you

And write perhaps a line or two

By which we can remember you.

I like yours... but people will read fast, or not read at all, you might not get one per page. Maybe do some spacing to make that line stick out more???? or just write "please use the Whole book, one page per couple" at the bottom???
