Need advice! Aisle runner

We’re having our ceremony on the beach and I want an aisle runner for aesthetic purposes… but would a lace aisle runner be okay??

I am also getting married on the beach (TWO WEEKS!!) I just can't visualize an aisle runner being practical. It will be/get lumpy and as the bridal party starts walking on it, I can see sand getting kicked up and on it. By the time you walk down .... it actually might be a tripping hazard. That being said .... I don't think a lace runner would show up on the sand. Good luck!! and post pictures of what you saw for inspiration?? I really am curious.

Try an assortment of outdoor rugs. They are weaved tightly unlike lace. It will be slightly boho, but then you and your escort (if any) can wear shoes. Consider one rug at the top for you and your partner. Best wishes.

I would absolutely steer clear of an aisle runner on the beach, for all the reasons Pat mentioned. TBH, I think a lease would be the absolute worst choice of all the choices of our runners. It’s too thin and delicate, and it is just going to twist up and blow away. And if you try to stake it down, it will likely just rip/tear. If you absolutely must have an aisle runner, I would look into a thick, weighted one.
