Need Attire and Decor Ideas

Megan, on June 7, 2021 at 2:54 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 1 4

Hi. I am planning an anniversary in WY in the mountains in July 2022. We are not having a wedding. We are just hiring a videographer and going to the Grand Tetons to do a video shoot. I have my dress:

Need Attire and Decor Ideas 1

It is a burnt orange color with white lace. Absolutely gorgeous, and I am very excited! However, I am having a tough time matching a suit color! It is summer, and I realize orange is a very fall color. Is there a good suit color that will work to make this more summery and compliment my dress? I would even take suggestions that aren't summery at this point.

Thanks in advance!

I’d look at how navy would pair with it. I think they may go nicely together.

I think a lighter colored tan suit could work really well, or even just nicer pants with a button down shirt and suspenders or a vest. You could probably find a pant color that would complement the dress nicely (khaki, olive, rust, mustard, burgundy) more easily than a full suit.

If you want a more summery look then I'd go with Kari's suggestions!!

But I also think a black or navy suit would make a great color combo for any time of year! Smiley heart
