Need help finding a complimentary color for a Wine/Purple Plum

My Bridesmaid dresses are super cute & 100% rewearable - they are actually reminiscent of a cocktail dress more so than a traditional bridesmaid dress. If anyone wants to view: www.57grand.com The style is Perry & the color is Purple Plum, which to me is a Wine or Burgundy color. The girls are turning the sash around so it is visible from the front. The model in the picture actually does not do this dress much justice - only 2 of my BM's liked the dress when i emailed it to them but when they tried it on, it looked amazing on all body types. I am getting married at the end of Sept. so I was trying to steer away from strapless. Anywaaaay... I am now trying to find a color that would compliment the dress for shoes & I am stuck! The sample dress was black & 1 girl tried on hot pink shoes & I really liked the idea of the fun contrast but can't think of anything that would work with my selected color. I am also not opposed to doing a more traditional shoe color either. Help me if you can!

What about a mustard yellow? I think that would be awesome! Not sure how 'out there' you want the complimentary color to be... I guess mustard is more contrasting than complimenting..

I did burgundy & gold...IT WAS FAB!!!

You could also do silver, cream, burnt orange, pink, peach...the combinations are endless!

Those are my colors!!!!!!!!!1 We are using like an ocean blue shade accent! Like the ocean blue from Sandals commercials.

My color is wine/burgundy and I'm having my girls where light silver sandal type heels. But my dresses are long and they will cover most of the shoe. I like gold, ivory or champagn with the wine color. Personally, I don't want a second bold color, I want to keep the wine color the bold color. Most of my accessories are silver, white or black - I also think that looks more elegant which is more me. I like the matching of the greens and oranges, but I can't bring myself to do those colors.

Just from my experience in the fashion biz, they always said that shoe color should match the hemline color.
So, you could do that.
You could also due a muted pink, like a dusty pink shade.

My colors are eggplant purple and Lime green it looks so pretty! it just pops out
