Need help finding an Beach Reception "only" in Panama City Beach, fl

The wedding has to be on a specific date? And it has to be outside only in Panama City? Are you familiar with Panama City? It’s difficult to plan a wedding out of state, even more if you don’t know what any of these venues look like. If you’re not flexible on the date, don’t know the area and can’t see any of the spaces, why don’t you get married where you are in Alabama?
Even if someone lived in Panama City and recommended a place, if you can’t actually see the space why would you book it for something as big as a wedding? Also if you’re not there, you’re probably going to need to hire a planner to get everything together for you. Maybe hire a planner now and explain what you want and they can find a space for you

Yes it on an sat. Alabama sucks and we always loved the beach in Florida .My planner suggest some places but, was booked already or price was too high. Only less than 20 people coming.

Since your guest list is so intimate, have you considered hiring a beach house or an Airbnb that allows guests to hold events? It could be a great alternative to an actual venue.
