Need help planning

It would be good if you share what stage of preparation you are in.

If you have a decent budget for the event, your task will be different than if you have a low budget. Sometimes you can get one vendor who will pretty much handle everything that you need but this may not be the wedding style you are seeking.

People here can aid you in different ways but not without you presenting specific questions. Also, have you gotten the checklist off the WeddingWire main page?

You can check into professional wedding planners. I know there are venues in Vegas that are able to do most things except bridesmaid attire. You probably have to select from choices about flower colors and restaurants.

Oops. They may not be helpful for doing invitations. So you probably would go through your checklist and see what such a venue would not handle.

Much depends on the number of guests and the type of venues you would consider -- within your budget.

You can hire partial planners if you've already signed contracts with vendors.

You are looking for a wedding coordinator! They can plan as much or as little as you want them to, and will typically base their fees on what you want them to do. They can definitely be incredibly helpful for keeping everything organized and alleviating stress for you. You can check the vendor tabs for wedding coordinators in your area here on WW. You can also do a simple google search as well. FB wedding planning groups can also be a very helpful resource for recommendations from people who have used coordinators in your area.
