Need help with big venue

3000?! That's huge!

Maybe a sports arena? A banquet hall with several different rooms? I can’t imagine many open space that can accommodate 3000.

I know that the largest banquet hall in my area (which is different than yours, but just for perspective) holds 1200 at most.


Are you saying your family plans to cook for 3000 people?

Do you mean 300 guests??? Some cruise ships hold 3,000 people. To be honest, I can’t imagine a wedding with more than 500 guests being much fun. It sounds chaotic and stressful for everyone.


And even for 300 guests, I’d highly recommend a catering company to not only prepare the food but distribute portions to keep lines moving and keeping portion control so the food doesn’t run out. For $10-$20 per person you can get safely-cooked Mexican, Italian or BBQ.

Did you mean that costs $3000?
