I've tossed around several color themes in my head but nothing seems to work for me. I realized that I just really like all colors and would like to have them all in my wedding (mostly primary and secondary colors). I was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas for flowers and decorations and stuff, that are inexpensive and are not tacky. I'm also have my wedding in May; so even though I love bright colors, I don't want anything too intense.

Pomanders also make for pretty, fun, and inexpensive decorations, and they could really brighten the space up for a small amount of money. You can make them out of fabric (picture 1), tissue paper (picture 2), ribbon, or fake flowers.

I couldn't decide on one color for the bridesmaids either but my main wedding colors were red and black not one specific red though. All my gals had a different color but were pretty much in the red familiy everyone loved it and appreciated something different, my bridesmaids appreciated wearing thier own dress also. Trust me when people heard my bridesmaids didn't have the exact same color they thought I was crazy.

My mother had a pastel rainbow wedding with 2 bridesmaids in each color, yellow, pink, green, and blue. The colors were very nice and it looked very nice in the pictures (it was in 1980 however).

I had a friend get married over the summer and each bridesmaid had the same style dress but in a color they wanted. Then she had them carrying flowers that matched their dresses. I thought it was really cute Smiley smile
