Need opinions on decor

Monique, on July 14, 2019 at 8:22 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 11
Hey everyone if you could give me your opinion on table decorations that would be great. For our Disney Christmas wedding we are doing these centerpieces. They will sit on top of a red mesh like what is pictured in white. We have tea lights we will maybe be putting on the table. I’m wondering what would look nicer. Should I take The white tea lights I have and just put gold glitter on them (picture as an example I will do it myself) and some on each table or take the white tea lights and put them in these lantern like things and a few on each table? Should I just not use the tea lights at all? The centerpieces i made do light up. Thanks for your opinion!

I would use the white tea lights as is- putting them in the paper lanterns may be a fire hazard.

Because your garland already has so many ornaments that are about the same size as the tea lights, I would either not worry about using them or get larger candles. The garland is GORGEOUS btw

I would leave the garland as is actually especially if you said it lights up already.

You are right they might not really make a difference due to the garland. Thank you for the compliment 😊

They shouldnt be fire hazzard there battery operated ones not actual candles so the papers around it will be fine if it was actual flame then yes deff flammable

I love lighting so I’d go with some tea lights in votives or tall tapers. Gorgeous centerpiece!! I love you theme!

You can use the led tea lights. On the outside edge of the garland, it will enhance the look. Also , led tea lights would be very unlikely to cause a fire. I've used them surrounded by flowers on numerous occasions. The battery will burn out after so many hours of useSmiley smile

❤ it will add some sparkle and dimension. You could kind of weave the garland and nestle the tea lights on each side.
You will do great! You could even add a bow where the tea light sits...just a simple one, with two loops...make the streamers longer and let the tails flair out from the lights to the edge of the table. It will just soften the look, and tie it all together( no pun intended) Smiley smile
