    Wow. I'm personally sorry to hear that half of your photos were not good.

    I was actually going to refer this company to a friend of mine who is a photographer as well because Kapturly is hiring at the moment. I'm starting to think now that they are hiring because they have probably lost some contract wedding photographers and videographers due to a series of complaints.

    The only thing that I can suggest is to complain to the company and try to get a refund. If that yields no results, I would check the Better Business Bureau to see if they are accredited and file a complaint there too if need be.

    I am going to pass this information along with other unfavorable comments in hopes of perhaps saving other couples from enduring these kinds of unacceptable experiences. I for one do understand how important capturing your special day is. If I could afford to travel and take all of your photos myself, trust me I would. I am currently not in that position though, but I will try and help as best I can.

    Update: I printed some pictures out on a 4x6 and they look like they were taken on a 2002 flip phone. I am crying they are so bad.

    My fiancé had the worst experience with Kapturly. First of all, they put an add out for photographer and videographer in your location. So they have no idea their experience. You can find their ads on monster jobs and other websites. My fiancé made the deposit back in September and Kapturly guaranteed us a photographer and videographer by a certain date in December, 3 months isn't bad to find a team for our wedding. We heard nothing back, so she started texting and calling them and at first they responded and then stopped. She asked for a refund and they ignored her messages. I contacted Kapturly to see if they would respond to me and Dillion did right away. Same person my fiancé was texting. She told them she was going to BBB and going to write negative reviews and then they started to respond. Told her the refund was in the mail on Dec 31. Then it was Jan 4. Then on Jan 21, they said they didn't send it because of the discrepancy she opened with her credit card. She removed the discrepancy per Kapturly's request then they say no refund until she removes the negative review. She removed that, still no refund!! What next?!?

    Our contract did say full refund by a certain date if request to cancel, which we requested before that date.

    You get what you pay for. It's your wedding, Kapturly is not worth the hassle. Good luck and Congratulations!

    PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!! I had an AMAZING experience with Kapturly! They were upfront, and delivered on time my raw footage. Our wedding was 2.22.22 Mike and I had the best day ever and the team sent by Kapturly was perfect they blended in and gave me phenomenal results! I had 1 meeting with the photographer and 2 with my videographer. They were so attentive and got literally EVERYTHING I WANTED. They were on time and courteous. I had to leave them separate reviews just because I know how hard it is to start your own business and I'm so glad to help them add their growing portfolio!
    My video edit was great! I'm not sure, maybe they took these reviews into consideration and got better editors 🤷🏽‍♀️ not taking away from any of the bad reviews and I'm so sorry that the people they sent weren't good however I had a life changing experience with them for the cost.

    I'm glad I worked with the team they sent. I'm in the Atlanta area so if you do choose them I can refer you to my team...

    I do! I just did my review yesterday!!! Kapturly did a PHENOMENAL job! I reached out to my photographer and videographer as soon as I got their names I had 2 meetings with my videographer and 1 with my photographer they both were on time and gave me everything and more to make my day special! I got my raw footage back yesterday and my video is on Vimeo

    I am so sorry for anyone that had a bad experience but I just say do your own research and talk to your providers. Kapturly is just the middle man between upcoming photographers and clients!!!

    I booked Kapturly for both a photographer and a videographer and only received a contracted photographer despite paying for both. About 2-3 weeks before the wedding was when we were supposed to be assigned both.
    I was left to scramble the day before
    for a videographer and luckily I found one but even after multiple attempts on all platforms (call, text,email, IG, and their support chat) the only communication I received back was in the form of a text and it was a representative saying the are sorry for the inconveniences but they would “surely try their best”. I have tried contacting them, once again on all platforms to receive a refund for the videographer I didn’t receive and still have not heard anything. I will be pursuing legal action against them due to this reason. I would not recommend Kapturly to anyone! The only good thing that came out of Kapturly was that I received an amazing photographer that was willing to do so much for me the day of my wedding. She was trying to figure out a way to not go through Kapturly herself since she felt they withheld more from her than she deserved for her timespent. If I had not already paid for Kapturly’s services, I would have dropped themand paid her independently in a heartbeat. I lWOULD NOT RECOMMEND KAPTURLY

    I'm currently having the worst experience ever. In the beginning they make you sign a contract on what they deliver and I received nothing within the 45 day time frame that is in the contract. I've been being patient but I think Ima take legal action if I don't recieve a full refund. They sent me only 1/3 of my raw footage. They messed my video up with music I did not pick or would want on my video. They excluded my vows which were the best part of the wedding. The videographer left like 2 hours early before discussed time. I still haven't received any of my photos edited. I'm still waiting on the correct video as promised and the breeched the contract that they wrote. I am in disbelief at how bad they mess up. I paid all this money just to be this stressed out with the company. I may even sue for pain and suffering which I can prove cause I have a therapist and she knows all about my heart ache. If they don't get me what I paid for in the next 8 hours I got my mom on speed dial whose a attorney and she can file my paper work but I'm trying to reframe from doing so cause I know people are human and they mess up. But all I care about is them making it right so thing's won't have to be escalted

    Yes I did. Not a good experience for the money. Photos came out good but the video was horribly put together with music I did not choose. The videographer left 2 hours before discussed time. And they didn't keep the deadline in the contract that was discussed. I'm still waiting on my revised video and my wedding was in November. I wouldn't go thru the headache if you value professionalism

    UPDATE: Around January 2022 they gave me a “$500 voucher” for a hotel since they just accepted the fact they ruined my wedding and weren’t going to give my money back. Honestly, I was mad but accepted the giftcard. Our anniversary rolls around Dec 2022, and it turns out the “gift card” is a DISCOUNT CARD and it took $2 off the hotel stay. I called Kapturly and was obviously upset about this ALL OVER AGAIN and insisted that I get my money back. Shortly after the “gift card” didn’t work I Re contacted Kapturly and the “operations manager” called me and apologized, stating they would redo the editing on my photos and video, and offered me a “$300 credit” for fees I never paid that I wasn’t aware of. I told her thats unacceptable and I just want my money back. She then tried to offer me a “vacation package” which is THE SAME DISCOUNT CARD THEY ALREADY GAVE ME!!!!!!!! I am also pregnant so clearly I am not going on a vacation anytime soon. Anyway, she called me again today and stated the best they can do is offer me “half my money back, in $175 monthly increments via PAPER CHECK IN THE MAIL”. I said ??????????. Oh and to get that money back she wants me to DELETE MY NEGATIVE (truthful) reviews. I am just fed up at this point and said if she gives me every penny back I will delete all my reviews and move on with my life. She is supposed to call me Tuesday. I am not holding my breath with this and clearly I am not the only one that has had a horrible experience with this company.

    Also, she did tell me my photographer was fired “due to my reviews”. Ok that’s great and all but MY WEDDING IS STILL RUINED.

    Some bride for have had experience with it ? I’m thinking about going with them after a really long hour conversation with London , she was really awesome and made me feel secure but now reading the reviews I am scared . Have some bride done good in 2022? Video and photo including drone ?
