Edible favors are always preferred. For a fall wedding you could do mini pies, s’mores kits, hot chocolate kits, cookies...if you decided to do something that’s not edible, make sure it’s something you’re fine with having lots of left over.

What’s the theme of your wedding? We are having a vintage New Orleans themed wedding and the edible favors will be pralines from this Louisiana candy shop and the photos from the photo booth. We’ll also have sunglasses for the guests as we are having activities outdoors.

I’m doing champagne glasses with their names on it. It will serve two purposes, their favor as well as the place card at the table.

Personalized bottle openers or wine stoppers? I also saw somewhere you can get inexpensive pashminas and guest could use them when they get chilly and can take them home.

It really isn’t going up cost me much at all either. I’ll have about 60 guests and I can get the glasses for $50 from bed bath and beyond. I have a cutting machine and I already designed the names so all I need to do is cut it out of gold vinyl, which will cost me probably $10. It will be more time consuming then anything.

We went to Seattle last week and got to try Chukar Cherry candies on a food tour. I'm going to order raspberry truffles and honey pecans. They even have them packed in favors boxes. so no extra work.

I’m making little favor boxes and then guests can fill them with their own trail/candy mix to take home.

Cookies are another great option for edible favors! Chocolate chip or sugar would be my picks Smiley smile
