Fill up on veggies and avoid carbs - that always seems to work for me :-)

I just found zucchini pancakes at the grocery store last night in the frozen section and they were totally yummy. The brand is "Golden". 70 calories each.

Water shoot for 90 oz a day try adding some lemon. You can do the low carb thing but its better just to try eating clean ie. no processed foods lots of veggies and lean meats. Find a workout plan you like and add that in. and you will be fine. You can message me if you want or need more help. I am an online fitness coach.

Limit processed/added sugar and no alcohol until the wedding. Watch your sodium. Aim to drink at least 64 oz of water per day. Eat whatever fruits you want, but be advised that some are much higher in sugar/calories than others. For example, a banana will set you back about 100 calories.

Water, protien within 20 min after you workout. Limit sugar, my fitness pal is amazing. Focus on inches and how you look over weight.

I wouldn't avoid any fruits honestly or any veggies for that matter. Just limit yourself on the ones with a higher glycemic index.

you can message me on facebook or email Im not 100% sure how or if you can message here .

I've had a ton of success with low-carb and I don't even exercise. I don't eat any sugar, grains, starchy veggies, legumes, or tropical fruits.

Definitely watch out for fruits! Many contain loads of sugar and are fine in moderation, but I would skip them if you're trying to drop weight fast!

Need to drink a gallon of water a day, seems like a lot at first, but it will flush out your body and keep you from getting hungry. Clean Carbs (brown rice, plain oatmeal, and sweet potatoes) are okay but keep them for lunch and breakfast so your body has time to burn them off. Stick with white meat protein (fish, chicken, turkey, egg whites). Most fruits are high in sugar, stick with apples if you are craving something sweet. I did this and dropped 15 lbs in a month.

No problem! Just be careful if you are limiting carbs, I know personally I get really tired and crabby. You're body needs fuel, hence the carbs. I wouldnt go more than 2 or 3 days without them, you will start to notice a difference.

I think sometimes people associate carbs with ONLY grains/pastas. There are "slow carbs" that a lot of vegetables contain and they're obviously good for you! You don't just eat zero carbs, they're in other foods as well. It's the processed aspect of grains and pastas that is the bad part.

My cousin got me hooked on Adovcare and I love it. It's a 24 day challenge with a cleanse being the first 10 days and then a max phrase the last 14 days. During the cleanse I lost 8 pounds and 7 1/2 inches around the body!

Step up your cardio as well. It's great you're doing Zumba, but try to do something cardio 4x weeks for 30 minutes..walking is cardio too, remember! Do you have a dog? Take him for longer walks, at a faster pace. No dog, grab a friend. Studies show you walk faster while talking with a friend, which means you burn more. Eating less carbs will help you drop weight for sure, but it's also yo-yo diets. Meaning, your body isn't increasing metabolism, it's just not accessing food for energy. Therefore, when you do go back to eating carbs/other foods, you can quickly add those pounds back on. Increasing your metabolism helps you burn calories over time. Try Couch to 5K. It's running intervals..run a minute, walk 1.5 minutes for 20 mins. Diet is great, but diet combined with exercise is the best way to lose weight healthy and maintain it as well!

    And yes, lots of water!!!!

Yea, i can tell you if you do the "diabetic diet" (not trying to be offensive but its what my FMIL is on due to being borderline diabetic) and cut out carbs- pasta, rice, white bread, and you can lose it quick. Just balance it with enough calories still, but that alone makes a huge difference.

I was losing 6 pounds a month exercising three times a week for 30- 45 minutes and just eating under 1320 calories and not cutting carbs, eating 6 meals a day. If you just do more cardio, eat less, and track what you are eating you can take weight off and keep it off. If you do no carb diet it may come back right after the wedding.
