Needed items

Kayla, on December 15, 2021 at 1:34 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
I feel like the closer I'm getting the more I feel unprepared lol. Would some of you be willing g to give me a list of things you should always buy for the wedding, things you deffinalty don't need, anything that's commonly forgotten. I just need help and a check list of some kind to make sure I got everything I am needing.

-Are you planning to do a money dance? If so make sure to have pins or at least safety pins handy. Have them in a basket and designate one of your girls or a family member to take care of that while you and your FH are dancing.

-Do you plan on giving away your bouquet and garter? I bought back ups so that way whoever caught them could keep the extra ones if they wanted to lol.

-Have Tylenol ready in case if you get headaches. Wedding day does tend to be a little stressful, so if you happen to develop a headache you can take one or two of those.

-Portable battery chargers for your phones (in case you need to charge your phone throughout the day, having this on hand will be handy).

-Hair spray (your hair stylist will be taking care of you, but it's always good to have this on hand throughout the night especially if your wedding is in an area where it's humid)

    -Perfume and cologne

-Snacks and drinks (if you are getting ready somewhere or at the venue)

-Mini speaker (for when you and the girls are getting ready, you can play some music in the background)

-If you have a flower girl and ring boy make sure you have the right accessories for them such as basket, and pillow or a box

-Back up shoes for reception time (flats, flip flops, sneakers, boots, etc)

Make sure you have a charger and maybe a power board where you're getting ready since there will be a lot of people and things to plug and having one handy is useful!

don't forget pens for your guest book!

    cake topper!

    advil!

moisturiser to put on under your makeup!

a change of clothes for the next day!

a little sewing kit in case of emergencies with white thread (or whatever colour your dress/the bridesmaids dresses are)

    scissors

a water bottle or whatever you need to make sure you remember to drink water.

have you organised food/catering of some type when you're getting ready? Whether it's breakfast or whatnot - just something!
