My FH definitely gets overwhelmed quicker than I do over everything that needs to be done; it's not cold feet though. There are certain things I just took care of without even asking his opinion and there's a few other things that I've told him to take care of and I don't want to have any input. I feel like being just generally overwhelmed and getting cold feet are two pretty separate things.

I wouldn't say he has cold feet but he isn't aware or concerned things need to be done at certain times. It does bother me when I need his help or pick something cause he tells me to the asks why I picked this or that.
I will say the best thing is when someone doesn't like something we decide or whatever my FH is there to say he did it and to let it go. Thankfully no one fights him on anything.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. My FH is great but he seems to always seems to say it's up to you babe. like with the venue he was like it's up to me I kinda feel like I'm bombarding him with questions. But it's so new that I need his opinion on the big things.

My FH gets overwhelmed and flustered very easily due to some PTSD. He also feeds off of me if I am overwhelmed. However I think its just the stress of having so much to do, not cold feet. We already agreed we would have been already married if it werent for the big shindig!

I was getting similar response from H when I was asking some of the questions I had - "whatever you want." I sat down with him and discussed that when I was asking it was because I had several options, all of which made me happy, and I wanted his opinion as well. At that point, he said he didn't care about things like flowers (there were other things, but as an example), so I asked him what things were specifically important to him. We decided together about venue, food, and alcohol. H decided music, his and the GMs clothing, and a couple other things - I did the rest. (It's been nearly five years, I don't remember precisely how we divided it.) Have a conversation with him - hopefully, he'll understand and give you the help you need.

I feel the same I don't think it's cold feet either with my FH. He just told me last night he is nervous because he doesn't want to disappoint me and mess up. We talked and we are stuck like glue. 14 years of friendship and dating he better be 🥰

I think he might just be overwhelmed, not getting cold feet. I used to get myself worked up over the same thing too, and it was just him being a little in over his head.

I’d agree. He’s probably overwhelmed. My FH has gotten like that a few times mostly because he doesn’t have a designer’s eye or many opinions on stuff and mostly prefers that I just pick whatever I want. How I definitely know it’s not cold feet is that he has said a couple times “I bet it would have been nice to elope” 😂😂😂
