Nervous bride, maybe overthinking

Its pretty typical for a photographer/videographer to hold a final meeting with you about a month before your wedding. However, I'd say its a little unusual to have so little communication otherwise. Was this conversation before or after you booked them? Are you confident that they have your date reserved (ie did you pay a retainer or sign a contract)? Looking at their website, it appears that Tolman is more of a photography management company who matches you with a photographer in your area, and not so much a traditional local photographer, which would explain the lack of communication.

If your wedding is really 2 months away its kind of late to do typical engagement photos, but maybe see if they can offer you a practice shoot or small engagement session so that you can meet them and get a feel for their style and personalities before your wedding day. At the least, I would push them on having an additional phone call or in-person meeting soon.
