I have not. I know I will be in the future and I was a flower girl when I was little.

I have been a bridesmaid twice, and a junior bridesmaid I think three times!

I've never been a part of someone's wedding party but I imagine it can be tiring too. I've said to people before it's ok to say no when asked because it is time and money you have to dedicate to this commitment

Only once, in my sister’s wedding. Was actually a bit insulted at my brothers because he had all my siblings except me in his wedding party. My sister was my sister in-laws bridesmaids. My other two brothers were my brothers groomsmen.

Ive only been in one wedding. I was a MOH for my MOH (shes my best friend). She got married 8 years ago, so I was young and in college (20 and a sophomore). Honestly, i was so stoked for her big day that i made a mistake... and said yes to it. I should have let someone else be MOH. I lived kind of far and it was hard to be MOH on my budget and I know it stressed her out. I didnt really felt like a MOH until the day before her wedding.

Her husbands aunt was being a... well, she wasnt being nice. We were decorating the hall and it was her first time really meeting me. At the time, I was pierced head-to-toe and she had a problem with that. Started yelling at my friend that she should have chose an "appropriate" MOH. We blew it off and started cleaning these previously used candleholders... one just wouldnt get clean and I tried every trick (freezing, scraping, etc). So we set it aside to finish the rest. The aunt LOST HER MIND! Finally, I told her she needed to back off and the candle holders were HER responsibility as decorator (she dubbed herself that) and she should have done this weeks ago or asked for help earlier because the bride had other stuff to do.

The wedding day was beautiful though. The best man and I were friends and we got some fun shots that are still hanging on their wall. Oh, and I made the bride cry with my toast (happy tears).
