Once I RSVPed to early and my RSVP got deleted from the system when they changed it, so they indeed followed up with me. I was like -- I said I was going months ago!

I am probably the guests all brides love because an RSVP to me is always back in the mail the next day... Although one time USPS shredded our invite so we had to text the couple to tell them we were coming because the card said please see RSVP but there was nothing else in what was left of the envelope... hope that doesn't count lol

I verbally told my friends I likely wouldn't be able to go, so I technically didn't RSVP, and they just texted me to verify that I definitely wasn't going to be able to go. The wedding was in NH and I was broke as a joke at the time so I couldn't afford the plane ticket.
